  • How much does a new website cost?

    That depends. There’s no simple answer to this question. Our quotes are based on the needs of each individual project. We design and develop custom websites specifically for your business, addressing your needs, so every website we build is unique. Most of our sites cost between € 2,000 and € 5,000, but the quote can be more or less depending on your needs.

  • How long will it take to get a new website?

    On average, we aim complete a project in six to eight weeks, but the pace of any project is set by each client. There are a lot of aspects influencing the process: your input, your availability for feedback in between stages, etcetera. All this affects the speed of completion. Functionality also plays an important role. More complex sites will logically take more time to develop.

  • Do you only create WordPress websites?

    No. WordPress is a brilliant content management system, which powers more than 30% of the web as we speak. There’s a reason for that. It’s flexibility and ease of use makes it an excellent platform for many websites. However, if your business is better served by using another platform, we’ll use exactly those techniques and platforms most suitable to your situation and needs.

  • Do I have to be located close by to work with you?

    Nope. We work with clients from all over the world. Part of our team works remotely, thus allowing us to put together the best team for our business and yours. So wherever you are, we’ve got your back.

  • Will I be able to update the site myself when it’s finished?

    Yes,  you will. We encourage our clients in taking control of their website and learning to manage it on their own. Depending on the platform your website is on, there are usually loads of instructional aids available. And, of course, you can always obtain one of our Tutorial Packages if needed.   • Will you maintain my site for me?

    That is certainly an option. We provide support for many of our clients. By all means, ask for our Support Packages. We’re happy to talk you through the possibilities.

  • Where is Uisce based?

    Uisce is based in the Ireland, in Co. Kerry to be more precise, but has an international team and scope. Wherever you are, don’t hesitate to contact us.

  • What if I need help with my site later on?

    We are only a phone call or an email away! We’re here to help you as much or as little as you need, and we won’t disappear once the site is launched.

  • Will my website be mobile friendly?

    More and more people visit websites on their phone or tablet, so having a responsive website is more important than ever. All our websites are therefore fully responsive. We work hard to make sure your website looks stunning on desktop, tablet and mobile phone.

  • When do I pay?

    Usually we require a part payment upfront and the rest – depending on the size of the project- either in terms during the development of the website or when the website is finished. In our quotes we always clearly state when which payment is due, so we all know what we’ve agreed upon.

  • How much input do I have in the process?

    Absolutely a lot. Your input and feedback is essential to the process. To make sure you attract your customers, your website has to reflect you and your business perfectly. We’ll therefore start by asking a tonne of questions about your key values, your needs, your wants, your preferences and will work with you to develop exactly the right look and functionality.

  • I’m on a tight budget. Do you have any low cost options?

    A custom website can be a big investment and not all small businesses have the budget for you. We offer a budget package which will help get you online with a nice looking website fast. So, just ask for our budget packages.

  • Where should my website be hosted?

    Hosting is of the utmost importance! When it comes to hosting, you get what you pay for. So make sure you are informed properly, because you can pay dearly later on when cutting costs on something like this.

    We use the services of our sister company, Full Service Hosting, for our hosting clients. They specialise in unburdening people of all their hosting needs. Life is busy enough as it is without having to deal with stuff that isn’t your core business. Why spend your valuable time figuring out how to get your hosting up and running, creating email addresses, updating WordPress installations and plugins, et cetera, if there are professionals who can do it for you?   • Who writes the content for the site?

    Usually that is you. Since you are the expert on your business, in most cases it’s best if the content comes from you. If you need help, we do have a copywriter on our team who can help clean up your texts or write original content for you at an additional cost.
